As of June 14, 2004 the Army can join in the digital camo craze. It's about damn time!

Well recon no matter what ya got on you can be seen, I figure to someone who isnt looking I could hide i hunter orange and not be seen. I build my own guillies and know, even with the advance guillie I can be seen ..... How? >>>>>>>MOVEMENT.

Hey Mike, want to back up that trash talk about who fights better? I am formally challenging you to a thumb wresteling match.

P.S. If you have any hot sisters, bring them too, we all know chicks dig Marines the most.

The design is smaller, which blends in better. And from far away, it blends in even more because the old woodland pattern from far away, looks like rectangular and unreal. Also there are all the colors within like, 5 inches of eachother, so it looks even more real.

I am an Army Spec Ops soldier and as much as I hate to admit it, the Corps has got us beat on gear. The digital camo looks a little funky when you first see it, but it really is impressive in the field. Not only is the pattern far and away better at breaking up outline, but the pocket arrangement (more similar to 'Nam-era BDU's than what we Army operators wear) is imminently more practical. As if that weren't bad enough, Marines get better boots and packs, too! It's a good thing we fight better. :)

Digital camouflage is very impressive, you actually have to look to see the uniform. I saw a digital camouflage BDU for a lighter area, and against a hayfield it was just about impossible to see.
