why am i disconnected by peers in the IRC?? it is annoying and i don know how to stop it???

It can happen because you are not meeting the required minimum transfer rate. For instance...if the minimum rate is 10 kb/s and you are on a 56k you are screwed because you can only transfer at about 5 kb/s. If your transfer rate falls below the minimum for like 30 seconds they will probably disconnect you.
