The CD-RW drive in my machine keeps ejecting itself. It will not stay closed long enough to read, record, play, etc. Everything looks good in Device Manager, and the drivers are current. It's a DELL Dimension 4500 running XP Home Edition, and the drive is a Lite-On 24102m.

Does anybody have any ideas?
