Akatsuki-manga and snoopycool (check their websites) are both working on it. But in the past the webmaster of stickrezo.com/manga (don't know what happened to it) scanslated the first 6 volumes in very good quality. Plus some other site did a couple more chapters, i think it was houshin.beldavia.net or something like that.
