yeah it's simple, go to http://suprnova.web.siol.com/list_news.html and then click on Misc at the top right hand side, then under Articles you'll find something called Kenshin, it's around 800 MBs but it's the whole series avaible to dwonload with bittorrent

just go to http://appleshare.no-ip.com/ sign up adn then go to the RK bit torrent big. Scroll down adn batch 19 should be the complete RK manga in english. Quality is good, but it is 800 and somthing MB.

About trading manga, I have a few titles but I'm not sure how we can trade yet. I have a very slow connection (56k modem).

if you just want the translations (not scanlations) the site i recommend is http://www.maigo-chan.org/ruroken.htm . the whole manga translation is there, except for the few extras like characters description and meteor strike. bout scanlations, sorry, no help there.
