A reader asks:

I am a student at North Carolina State University. Recently I have been asked to write a proposal on how to make our campus more "green". I am writing to ask your opinion on lighting controls and occupancy sensors.

I was curious how difficult (financially and mechanically) it would be for our school to implement sensors into already established buidings. I was also interested in saving energy with the cooling and heating of our buildings.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for me, I would greatly appreciate your opinion. Thank you for your time and help.
