You can't get the Hikaru No Go from toriyamaworld.com anymore, since it got licenced. I suggest you go find it from the irc channel in #dragonvoice@irc.mircx.com. You can get the tutorial in http://www.aku-tenshi.com/faq/irc.php#q1 It will guide you step by step. Hope you can find what you want :)
