I am seeking a replacement glass lens for a switchman's lantern used by my father, a long time employee in Atlanta, during the 40's and 50's. Can anyone supply any replacement lantern lens sources? Thanks for your help.

HI ED; Southern Lamp & Supply at 4746 highway 441 S in Sylva NC zip code 28779-7135 Phone # 1-828-631-3088 sells replacement parts for railroad lanterns as well as many other lamp & lighting fixtures. Try them on the internet first to see if they have what you need. I was just up there this spring, wish I had known about them. Could have visited their store. Hope this helps. RDC
