Hi Justin

I'd like to express my annoyance at your failure to repalyto my emails regarding the MV Wheel in mid August and affording me the courtesy of telling me that you were simultaneously selling it of to the German customer. I am sure he will be pleased with his offer just as I am pleased that you jerked me around long enough that I passed up another offer as I thought we were in the midst of settling an arrangement.

Personally I think your transactions and dealing are found wanting. As they say "buyer beware" I notice on the Ebay feedback that I am no the first person this has happened to.

Thanks for the info Edu. People need to realzie that bad business news travels much faster than good business news.

Its a pity that Edu didn't post the reply that I sent to him: 'Good eveing Edu, im sorry about our misunderstanding. Sometines it is not me but one of the other guys at the shop that handle the affairs when im not around and youd agree that most times that when you delegate your responsibilities to others they dont always handle it as you yourself would. the wheel i sold to the gentleman in germany in august is gone but I do have another that ive listed( the polished one) that i would gladly sell you for US$450. and the shipping.cost to Australia. Please let me knowdefinitely if you would like to have it and i will close the auction and keep it for you. You must be expeditious, and definite please. Thank you.' JUSTIN

its a pity too that you have to imply that i am dishonest when I stole nothing from you, and i have offered to make up for it by selling you another rim of a better quality(polished)and ask for a definite answer on it and get none. Please dont come to me to purchase anything if you are not serious!! and that goes for everyone!! I'll do my best to help you with whatever you ask! I have taken two weeks where I will prioritize these sales so please dont waste my time!! What happened last time was simply that I was not around to handle the sales and things went a bit awry. That happens!! SO DONT be unreasonable and imply that im a scammer or unreasonable when im doing my best to do this right. I take great offence to that and if you were in my shoes you'd feel the same. Thanks for your interest.

Thank you for your offer. Since you left me in lurch I have bought a genuine wheel at some expense as you never got back to me. I think our good faith has gone. As to your reply, it only came after my post on this list. So please ensure you communicate with your prospective buyers

I am not implying anything other then bad PR and poor service to other customers. Best wishes with your sales and I hope you don't delegate the tasks out as your delegates don't appear capable of fulfulling the tasks you give them.

Cheers

Hey Justin,

I have read your posts about your integrity and sincerity in transaction management, but I am Perplexed. We agreed that you would sell me a front and rear MV wheel set for $1100. I was worried about wiring that much money to Trinidad so we agreed that I would make 2 wire transfers. I sent $550 on 10/09/2003 and I promptly got my front rim, so I wired the additional $650 (additional $100 for shipping) on 10/16/2003 and I havent been able to get you to return any of my emails since? Why is that? If you are legit, and I would very much like for you to be, then could you please return my messages or send the MV wheel that I have paid you for?

Thanks, James Brewer
