I've been using a lot of BitTorrent and Dc++, but I've gotten everything I want off of BT and DC++ isn't that great for me anymore. I downloaded Mirc but don't know anything about it, can someone describe how to set it up for the enter the game network and what servers i use for anime and how to search and all that. I heard that things go on mirc before they reach BT, either way I still want to use MIRC.

Also if people can list some good hubs for anime on DC++ I usually have between 10 and 20 gigs worth of anime so most hubs will work for me, list the ones you use and suggest.

I guess someone else can direct you towards a couple of tutorials, or just search google. But if you want great anime channels without all the bitchiness of EntertheGame, join the server irc.mircx.com. Good channels include #anime-keep, #infusion, #anbudom, #animeone and #animejunkies. For manga, you can try #mangareaders and #mangaproject. Always remember to read the channel rules before beginning and never ask when anything is coming out.

ok I'm really new at this so I still have just a few more questions

under connect I entered my Name, email, and nickname then under network I just did all and for server I entered irc.mircx.com but where do I enter channels

then after I get that done, i'll probably have questions on how to search and all, but bear with me i'll be set up soon
