You can always use MIRC to download manga, it's the best way to get them. Of course, that's if you know how to use MIRC. If you are really a big fan of anime/manga, you would definitly want to learn how to use MIRC. It has so much of them that you can't even download them all.

Here is the link you can use after you know how to use MIRC, it has the IRC channels you need for all the mangas you want to download: http://151.164.133.47/index.php By the way the IRC channel for downloading "Love Monster" is #shoujomagic@mircx.com meaning you have to log on to the server "irc.mircx.com", port is "6667" and join in the room "#shoujomagic". Once you get there they have all the Love Monster eps from chapter 1 to 17.
