I have been having a problem with stale information in the suggested names which are presented in Outlook. There is a menu option which turns this feature on and off, but it was not evident how to clear this list. It must be done via the file system. There is a file in C:\Documents and Settings\jspann\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook directory with an extension of .NK2. Quit Outlook, rename this file and restart outlook. Problem solved.
