i think the most qualification that it needs is that he or she work it wholeheartrdly and very in love in the field and very obsess of the wock, an d he or she could really master it and give a very unforgetable outcome which could catch the human interest of the majority and can not be forgaten because of the work of art he or she had made.

Hi Sir, I have being 21 years of experience for Photographer in Private Firm in Singapore.I attended the Photography Courses in Photographic Society of Singapore since 1982 years.Passed the Distinctions for Associate of the Royal Photographic Society of England since 1997 years and Associate of the Photographic Society of New York since 1991 years.
