wut does it mean when ppl say kun, san, chan, sama, etc. at the end of thier names?

They are "titles" so to say that in the Japanese language take the place of titles like "Mr." or "Mrs."

Kun= young boy/man
san= polite title like Mr. or Mrs., can be used for a man or a woman.
chan=child
sama=very respectful, used for a superior
