toriyamaworld no longer host kikaru no go, you have to get it from irc channels. Try #mangaproject and #mangareaders.

I have the Hikaru No Go you are looking for... but chapter 168-171 is in chinese? Does anyone know ehre to get the english ones or at least the english script/translation/summary?
