I an looking to open a late night coffee shop in the uk and i was woundering were i could find all the info i need on licences and what equipment i will need, i have come up with this idea as the place were i live has the usual starbucks etc but no coffee shops are open after 5 in the evening, i thought it would be a great place for people who have been working late, people who have been out on dates and don't want to go home yet, people who can't sleep and people who have been out walking to come for a nice relaxing cup of coffee, can anyone help me out please
