I was wondering about a story written by Edgar Allen Poe called "NightFalls" I cannot find it anywhere.

No Poe's story with such a title. I suspect a reference to Poe by a "Rock" Band (Cinema Srange?,) with heavy touches of "gothicism", exploiting the common idea of Poe as a writer of "gore", terrific, sadic stories, exactly what he wasn't... though himself exploiting, in some of his tales, this kind of matter for commercial as well as aesthetic purposes.
