why are the leupold scopes so good and which one would best fit long range shooting at about 500 to 600 yards.

Answers

Leupold kicks ass because they have good coated glass optics and quality craftsmanship. Their customer service is first rate too. I bought a Leupold MK 4 M3 used off the internet and it was more fucked up that a soup sandwich. I sent it to Leupoldhopeing they would straighten it up a little, and within a week I got a brand new scope with a sunshade, buttler creek flip up covers and all the cams for different calibers. I'll tell anyone I know to buy a Leupold.

As far as which one would best fit, that all depends on your own opinions and what you'll be using it for. You can't go wrong with the Vari-X 3 LR M3 or M1.
