Is there a 28th episode? I know of the 27th but only heard of the 28th. If so, was it fansubbed?

actually, there is a episode 29, i dont know if it is subbed yet. but from what ive seen on differnt sites and from people that have the raw, it was included with the last vol of hack for ps2 in japen. does anyone know where i can get episode 28 subbed or raw and or 29.
