Seems like I am always looking for some item that was common in my grandmother's day. Usually it cost's way more compared to my income than hers would have. Today on the shopping list is Corn Knives. I need them in the field. Anyway it is frustrating to have to look so hard for useful items. Often times you have to special order them online, or you have to hunt one up in an antique store. I wish I could still go to the corner grocery and buy a crock or cheesecloth. What are some of the homestead items you are looking for?
