What do you guys build out of pallets? Check out this tractor shed built with them. Another thing is old garage doors. anybody know where to find those?

I made a temp lean to, when I first moved here, needed some out of the weather space. Made it out of garage doors. Jsut leaned them up against my shed. Lasted 5 years. Not bad for temp. Contact a company that that instal;ls them, theya re always looking for a place to get rid of some.

Hey John, I looked at your pallet fence. I have built a chicken house out of pallets myself. I used 2x4's between them for sturdiness. It was a samll one just until we moved into our place, but it was functional. My chicken's lived in it for several months. I'm wanting to fence my garden for my pigs to work over during the off season. I was going to use hog panels, but maybe pallets would be better.

Our dairy barn, except for the support beams, is completely built from recycled pallets. It housed over 50 goats and all the hay etc. we needed for the winter. We had $300 into it with fasteners and roofing.

I got a line on some 1 1/2" stell poles that were used in shipping containers. They are going to be free and would normally go to the landfill.They are going to make great fence posts to go along with the wooden ones. Where the fence is there is quite a bit of wind in the winter. These should really help.
