So what anime sucked u in to the anime world? For me it was sailor moon in the 5th grade and then Escaflowne just hooked me now im 18 and cant stop.

I started watching anime Saturday nights on Sci-Fi, but before I saw that I watched Sailor Moon, voltron, transformers, Speed Racer without even knowing they were from another country.

My first was Fist of The North Star when I was around 8 years old. Then Dragonball, Z took up from there. Now I'm 18 and watched 100's of animes and can't seem to get enough.

Mine was also Sailor Moon I don't remember how old I was but its been like 8 or so years ago when it came on the USA channel. Magic Knights Rayearth was the fist sub anime I watched a couple years after Sailor Moon.

My 1st anime was also Sailor Mooon. And I had no idea it was from Japan. I first saw it when I was 13, on RTL2 (german channel). Later that channel had lots of animes, and I eventualy lerned they are from Japan. But it took me longer. ^_^ Any way, now I'm 19 and still watching animes, and I'm not planning to stop, I'll watch them even when I'm old. ^_^ ANIME ROCKS!!!

I remember first watching Transformers and Voltron when I was a little kid. I had no idea that was early attempts at anime. Also watched Sailor Moon and then when they did do Sci-Fi Saturday, I saw those. I think the first series I ever really bought and watched though was either Ranma 1/2 or Record of Lodoss War.

I used to watch speed racer, transformers , im pretty sure this other weird one cant remember its name and dragonball z when i was very little, i didnt even know what anime was. But what really got me sucked was dragonball z years later i thought it was the greatest thing in the world, but thinking back on it, its kinda cheesy but hey thats what makes it great but i wont dis it because thats like me betraying it. lol
