Are you trying to watch it in Windows Media Player? That's where I usually play my downloaded anime and it works absolutely fine 99% of the time, but with certain anime, especially when the file size is over 215MB, I have the problem with the subs not lining up with the audio. The best way I have found to overcome the problem is to watch those anime in DivX player or BS player. Try that if you haven't already. It may fix your problem. ^_^

I'v tried all three of them and NONE of them work. :(, and me being a neurotic person can't watch it if it isnt perfect.

why don't you restart your comp and see? did u only hav XviD codec. maybe you should get DivX as well.

if nothing works then i suggest u go to animesuki forum's "playback help" section to ask for help. i think the pp there will help you.
