In choose recorder of the "nero program to convert and burn to vcd" when i go to the "recorder" then "choose recorder"...there nothing to choose only the "image recorder" ....Can I add a recorder because my second rom is a dvd 4x records cds and dvds ...how do i add a recorder to the program? under the column that says "device" my other computer already has the right recorder in and works just fine but my new computer will not burn the files into vcd only burns it into an image

Answers

Try upgrading Nero. Nero is supposed to be able to recognize new burners as you add them. It's possible that you have an old version of Nero that doesn't recognize your drive and an upgrade will fix the problem.
