Volume 6 is currently being scanlated by some Internet groups who distribute the manga only through IRC, meaning you will need a program such as mIRC to get it. If I'm not mistaken, Chobits ends in Vol 8. So just wait for other groups to finish their translations or get the licensed copy yourself from the local bookstore.

Since Chobits is licensed, it going to be VERY VERY VERY DIFFICULT to download it from a website that is why most groups use the IRC to distribute their manga scanlation projects.
