Kerry SCOLDS the Vatican. Yeah Right. Mr Kerry is just a bit outside of his league. Talk about a moral lightweight! "I believe in the Church. I just don't believe it should fulfill the role assigned to it by GOD, when doing so conflicts with my personal views". Dream on John!

The installation Mass for (soon-to-be) Cardinal Sean O'Malley of Boston was shown on EWTN the other day.

Invading the screen was the disgusting sight of John "Austrian-Jew-Pretending-to-be-Irish-Catholic" Kerry desecrating the Blessed Sacrament by placing it into his filthy pro-death, pro-sodomite mouth.

I am really uncomortable at your "Austrian Jew" comment. Kerry can be made to look either stupid or sneaky by not knowing or not revealing his genealogy, but being one-quarter Jewish doesn't make him an "Austrian Jew" It sounded really nasty as part of a sentence describing your contempt for Kerry.

I admit, Kathy, that the phrasing I used could be misunderstood as anti-semitic by some hyper-sensitive people, so I regret that I did not find other terminology. It would have been hard for me to find something else, though. The most direct contrast to the term, "Irish Catholic," was the countervailing term, "Austrian Jew." This was not to be taken literally, though, since everyone knows that Kerry was born in the U.S. and never practiced the Jewish religion. (Similarly, we don't take the word "Irish" literally when calling an American "Irish Catholic.")

You are mistaken in thinking that Kerry is "1/4 Jewish." Both of his father's parents were born into Judaism -- Fritz Kohn (as in "kohen," Hebrew for priest) and Ida Lowe (Germanic form of "Levi").
