7 or 8 years ago I watched an Anime dealing with four teammates (3 girls, 1 guy) who piloted (mecha?). I think it was a four part OVA. It had space pirates in it. As for the four main characters, 1 was a brunette girl who seemed like the leader; 1 was a drak haired guy; 1 was a smallish, blonde (princess?); and the last one was a taller, dark-haired, girl named Pie who was the daughter of the Space Pirates Leader. I know in the (2nd?) OVA a team of commando's tried to kidnap the blonde princess girl. In the last OVA the 1 guy teammate had to be rescued by the Brunette girl-leader, Space Pirates messed everything up, there was a big explosion, the guy who assembled the four teammates sacrificed himself saving the four, and at the very end, you see the four teammates floating in space unconscious. That's as far as my memory will go. I remember wanting to see if the Anime continued, but I wasn't really into Anime back then. I rented the video's from Blockbuster because I was taking a Japanese class and wanted to see if I could follow the language at all. Anyways, if anyone could help, I'll be your friend for as long as I can stand you.
