Irish pub

greenspun.com : LUSENET : San Francisco History : One Thread

My great-grandfather was a pub owner around the time of 1911 and I'm wondering if there would be a record of business owners in the city back then. I'd like to do some research on him and the pub. His name was Ed Farrell Reilly married with two sons (my grandfather and great-uncle) who they orphaned in 1913 and 1915. Ed died sometime between those years. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

From 1905-1929, there was one Edward F. Reilly listed in the California Death Index as dying in the County of San Francisco. He died on 8/14/1915 at the age of 43 or 45. His spouse’s initials appear to have been A.S.

Good luck in your research…
