ANNULMENT

How difficult is to get an annullment by the catholic church? My brother's wife just left with kids, 71/2 year marriage. She claims she never loved him and her marriage was arranged by her parents. She was under 18 at the time, so parents signed for her. She was not an america citizen at that time. My brother has checks proofing her parents wrote checks from his check book and forged his signature. The main thing , she said I never loved you and my family made me marry you. Does my brother have a chance for annullment by the church? Please reply. Thank you.

Response to ANNULLMENT

If the facts as you related them are correct, probable grounds for annulment exist. She should speak to her priest or call her diocesan marriage trubunal (listed in phone book under "Diocese of ... ") for the necessary information and forms she would need to initiate the process.
