technically if you could go buy them.... but then we all like free stuff :D i tend to watch mine then buy it but have you tried searching for it with google or another? i think theres a group putting up a scans for chobits and hellsing...

First 75 chapters of Chobits are definitely scanslated and readily available on irc (check #mangareaders). Chapters 1-3 of Hellsing volume 5, I've seen at #mangaproject. Shaman King vols 1-8, chap 1 of 13, vols 19 and 20 have been scanslated and are also out on irc.
