Hi every one I have just received the FERRACCI BAR RISERS, I contacted CASOLI UK to fit them, and they told me that it is a 2 our labour, can this be possible? Or are they just trying to reap me off? I am not mechanically minded but they do not look difficult to mount, has any body fitted this themselves? Please help on any tips.

A LITTLE BIT TRICKY 4 WHAT SHOULD BE AN EASY JOB , THERE ARE LOCATING PINS ON EACH BAR 4 CLUTCH & BRAKE WHICH NEED 2 BE PULLED OUT WITH MOLE GRIPS ( BARS OF BIKE IN VICE IDEALY ) SO U CAN ALTER CLUTCH & BRAKE HEIGHT 2 HELP CLEAR TOP FAIRING & AIRBOX TUBES , EVEN SO DID THE JOB IN UNDER AN HOUR . MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE GOOD LUCK

It does take a bit of fiddling, but I installed them in under an hour without any removal of the locating pins.

hello again scott was right , i did forget to mention i removed locating pins because i wanted 2 pull bars in slightly , needed 2 raise clutch & brake levers . good luck again .

I installed it myself without pulling the pins. Just a little tricky getting around the brake and clutch reserviors but if I can do it, anybody can. Much more comfortable now. Good luck.

It took me about two hours but I could do it again in much less time. The angel of the brake master cyclinder kinda looked funny to me but I decided that it was still level so I said ok. The brake side was a bit more fun as the relationship betwee the pin aligning the master cylinder and the clearance for the bolt, on the bar was such that when putting the bolt back it it was interfering with the bar... a little dremel action and presto!!!. I seems that the risers give about an extra half inch of thumb clearance between the bars at full lock and the air ducts. Now if that nasty looking rain cloud would just move along...
