an electric juicer? Heard a blender can work, but it still takes some type of press, even a homemade one. Guess it all depends on how much juice you wish to make

We used a steamer for years before we finally broke down and got a press. The product is far superior if you have a press, and although rather expensive to purchase, there are all sorts of homemade plans available.
