Hi

I need to weld a small ball (8 mm diam. ) to the last link of a small chain ( wire's diameter 2mm - link's width 7mm )with a spot welding machine. All the parts are made of steel. I've 100.000 parts to weld...so, do you have some idea about the tooling that I should design in order to make the process as quick as possible ? In the other hand, when I use the machine I got a mark on the ball ; how can I solve the problem ?
