i need to replace the audio in a movie file (any format) with another audio. is there is any software for it?.

There are many softwares like ulead studio, adobe premiere where u can edit your movie files and change audio or add transitions for your video footage.

Rip from the VCD with VCDGEAR....Split the file with TMPGenc (Use Mpeg tools), add another one with the MPEG TOOLS option....... most formats supported, surprisingly even MP3, Reburn as VCD
