download bittorrent from http://ei.kefro.st/projects/btclient/ one of the links should work. Once you download and install bittorrent all you have to do is click the torrent you want and wait for a screen to come up, save the file and it should say allocating, once it finishes that it should say connecting to peers and then start downloading. It's pretty easy once yiu learn how to use it.
