Love Hina is a really good Romance/Comedey Manga I've boght mine in bookstores like Wallden Books or barnes and nobles but this site has english scans of the manga

Try Maison Ikkoku by Rumiko Takahashi Peach Girl is good but long Kare Kano and Fushigi Yuugi if you want a great fantasy adventure along with that. Sorry, but you'll probably just have to buy most of these, especially Maison Ikkoku, but it's all out in english already.

I think you can find scans of things like W-Juliet and For You In Full Blossom fairly easily. They are good as well.
