Do you own a TIKKA yet?? Better get one!

I own a SAKO TRG in .308 and it is a fantastic gun. It shoots holes thru holes, It looks good, It comes apart very easy for cleanup and has great bipods and good looking muzzle break, one problem. It cost me about $4800 by the time I got the bipods, muzzle break the miarage strip, the 20 degree picitini base rail for more long range adjustment, then add the quick release scope rings and a Tatictal Leupold scope and a decient pelican case to carry it in, hell you are broke! ***I just bought a new Tikka built by SAKO in 300 Win Mag. I got the Long Range contintental hunter with the bull barrel Tikka Rings and bases and a Leupold Scope and have $1,500 in the Gun. I think it is every bit as good but you can own three of these and they will shoot just as good. As soon as everyone finds out about how good these guns are, just like Harley Davidson, you won't be able to get one of these either for a decent price. If you want to get one, you better do it soon. I have two friends who shoot my new 300 win mag and ordered .308's. Just thought I would put a feather in your cap. Steven

I paid $489.00 (plus tax) for a stainless steel Tikka T3 in a 30-06 caliber. I have heard it would be a good deer rifle. I will get to find out on Christmas Day 2003. I have other rifles but the Tikka is suppose to be better.

I just purchased the same gun from accuflite arms. I may have paid a little too much for this gun, but I heard Beretta is no longer going to import this gun into the U.S.Instead they are marketing this gun on the european market after the first of 2004.Also, I believe this gun to be the only factory gun of this quality offered by any of the manufacturers out there. To match this quality customers will have to contact a custom gun shop.My opinion is a lot like anybody's, it is mine and mine only, but I had extreme difficulty finding this gun and am looking anxiously for its arrival.
