MIDLAND MORGAGE SAY WE HAVE MISSED PAYMENTS ON OUR MORGAGE,THAT HAVE RESULTED IN LATE CHARGES,WE HAVE CALLED TO GET THE DATE(S)OF THE MONTH THAT THE COMPANY SAID WE MISSED THE FIRST TIME IT WAS FEBRUARY 2003,WE SENT THE COPY OF THE CANCELED CHECK PLUS THE CANCELED CHECKS OF MONTH BEFORE THAT DATE AND THE CANCELED CHECK OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH,WHAT CAN WE DO TO STOP THIS OR WHAT LEGAL THING IF ANY THING WE CAN DO TO MAKE THEM HELP US?

Nancy, Have a closer look at your documentation as ican find no company of that name registered with companies house. You may be referring to a broker who set up your mortgage? There have been incidents of another company using this tactic to place your account in arrears and i would like to know who is doing this now. Post on this site and i will revisit in a day or two. or try looking to see if any class action lawsuits have been filed or are being prepared by browsing through the class action law suits at: http://www.bigclassaction.com/alphabetical.html

These sites make it easier to browse through other peoples complaints with particular companies, and you can often establish that you are not alone in suffering from the activities of unscrupulous lenders.

I have heard about Midland from 2 other people that had problems with them. I am having problems with Ameriquest and Wachter Investments Inc. They foreclosed on me and sold my house, supposedly. They are trying to evict me. I am learning about all these different people we thought we could trust, mortgage lender, broker, etc. and I am finding many coincidences about the different parties involved in a foreclosure sale. There are a lot of crooks out there that are working together. I wonder if Midland is connected to Ameriquest because I thought I heard their name mentioned on a recording when I called Ameriquest. Do research and get your facts together with concrete evidence and I am sure someone high up there that is not corrupted yet will help. I hope. For our sake and all the other victims that are getting taken advantage of. I had my home for 20 years. I cannot stop until I know for sure there is nothing else I can do about it. Good Luck.
