You should get Kazaa. It's easier finding Ranma episodes there. Most sites won't have episode because it'll max out ther bandwidth. If not, you can also download MIRC. The groups #anime-ranma and #anime-galaxy on either aniverse, animenetworks or mircx. They've fansubbed episodes.
