Well, download mIRC from sailormooncenter.com read the instructions and you will find not only sailor moon stars but the other seasons to sub/dub(stars is not dub of corse). Oh you need bobdown for the ones at http://coolanmoon.free.fr/, you do have bobdown don't you. Maybe thats why it may not work. But I searched using google and altavista and I found 1 site with 168-178 I can't remenber the site but try searching for the file name.(ex. starfile***.rm of star***.rm or whatever) That may help.
