I don't know about Slam Dunk, but I got all of my Inuyasha's (fan subs of course) off of WinMX. Kazaa's good place to find Inuyasha too. All of the Inuyasha episodes I have are high quality and the file size is usually around 200 MB per episode. Hope that helps. ^_^

P.S. I know p2p programs are slow, but I think they are the best place to find high quality episodes. ^_^

For inuyasha, never tried slam dunk, Bit Torrent is the best way to go for the newer episdoes, for older try Direct connect, they are both p2p but hey there both better than kazaa.
