Yes, Scooby Doo ISN'T anime... and I don't even know why it's on this board. I myself liked it when I was a kid, but then I started watching anime and the concept of television became distant and abstract... (I do still watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network tho).

I HATE SCRAPY DOO!!! with a PASSION! i just want to step on him! GRR i dont like scooby doo i had 2 best friends that absolutly loved that show, and had lots of crap lying around...... but i shouldnt critize cause now that i look around i got alot of shit from my animes too. hmmmmm intresting.

I love Anime, Anime is a godsend, really. However, Scrappy-Doo is most certainly not. I admit it, I enjoy some Scooby-Doo. The Reluctant Werewolf is a great movie, admit it. Shaggy, one of the biggest pansies in the world, is turned into one of the things he fears and hates most, and has to make friends with some other monsters along the way. Then there's Scrappy-Doo, the one thin line that draws The Ultimate Scooby-Doo fans, who can watch an episode of Scooby without gritting their teeth and developing an unnatural twitch in one eye when he comes on, and the ones who aren't, like myself, whom I've just described above. The writers of the live- action Scooby-Doo movie were brilliant when they decided to make Scrappy the bad guy.
