these different sites have scans of 'Flame of Recca' One of them only has the translations, not the scans (weren't sure if it helps) And none of these sites has the whole manga but only parts of it. Hope it helps good luck searching.

I checked snoopycool today to download flame of recca but it appears that they still got this server problem and stuff..

Im wondering how long have this been happening..
