Well since these most of these titles are licensed and you don't want to use either Kazaa or IRC then my advice to you would be to buy the graphic novels as and when they come out. Or you could always get a streamload account and have someone beam you those chapters. However you can find HxH up to 153 at www.toriyamaworld.com

Don't know the internet addy, but go to google, type in "Rurouni Kenshin Manga" or something like that. On the first list that comes up there should be a site called Tales of the Swirly-Eyed Samurai. They have a lot of Rurouni Kenshin stuff. Don't know about the rest.
