Soon I will be offering a coffee trailer franchise opportunity (loosly called a franchise, without percentages and rules). I plan to sell a business plan, procedure manual, menu and all the practical stuff one could need. I have been doing for the last 6 years. We have a very sucessful 'lifestyle' business. High profit margin, lots of hours at home for our young family and fun on the job. We're not millionaires but I know all the tools to keep you afloat. I plan to include a custome built trailer (originally I plan to sell the one I use now as it is not exactly what my ideal would be), nessessary machinery (this is where many go wrong) menu, and concept (very hand- on, personal and UNautomated). Also included will be HOW TO BOOK SHOWS, manage line-ups and problem shooting solutions (i.e. romote location and out of beans?) So this is what I have to sell SOON, for now I just want to design my dream trailer. The one I have has won awards (e.g. Royal Winter Fair, Toronto) and 1001 compliments but I want one I can reproduce over and over so I need to go back too the drawing board. My husband will cry when I sell this one but....we have exausted our two man potential in our region (3 kids under 5 and I won't travel like we use to) so it's time to sell our KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE. We plan to do this forever but only the contracts we choose. I've stopped telling people how much family time we have because I'm losing friends. If you are interested in our original trailer and business concept including FULL DISLOSURE of policy and procedure or would like to wait for the ULITMATE WANDERING BEAN (obviously more money?$$)due out in the fall e-mail wanderingbean@sprint.ca and we can chat. We're honest, upfront and really have something that works. Till then Jennifer
