Central New York O' Club hosted the short and long U.S. Champs this weekend. OK had some decent results. In the short, Peggy Dickison won F40 and Mary Jones was 3rd. In the long, Mary Jones was 2nd in F40, I was 3rd in M35 and Peggy was 3rd in F21.

The next U.S. Championship is the relays in June in Idaho. Will OK take another medal or two?
