Romanticism in Poe's "Masque of the Red Death" and other works

greenspun.com : LUSENET : The Work of Edgar Allan Poe : One Thread

I am writing a paper for my English class over the Romantic qualities in "Masque of the Red Death" and am in need of a little bit of information. I need to know about his other works that used romanticism in them. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated if you would send it to me immediately!! My paper is due Thursday of this week and I am in bind. Thank you for your help.

Um, I found no evidence of romance in the Masque of the Red Death. It was a story about how the pleague got into a large quarintined castle. I do not find any romance in this. Sorry.

Lauren, you dumbass. Romanticism, in reference to the literary era, does not necessarily mean "romance."

If you can't add anything, don't bother replying.
