go to manganews.net and click on series, they will give you info about where to download them. They have all the scanlation sites there too.

The best place to get GTO manga (liscenced though it is) would be IRC. I personally reccomend the channel #mangaproject on irc.mircx.com, that is where I got all of my GTO volumes. :) Enjoy
