Today I attempted to connect via FTP to my CCPL library account. It would not work from the NMCI seat. In fact, no sites would connect. Called the Help Desk. Ticket number NFH207812. Went through 2 tiers of help. It works for them on their end. The are going to hand the call off the the NOC. The fella blamed the lack of ability to connect on the "provider".

They did remote control my machine, which was pretty cool.

We were using Reflection to attempt the connection.
