My question is that i have encoded some files using TMGENC with they defiently work with the Apex player

Definitely? No. Most likely, but not definitely. Apex models tend to support VCD/SVCD and burnable media very well, but you could do something like make a non-standard VCD or SVCD with a bit rate of 5000 Kpbs or higher and it wouldn't play very well on any Apex model. I have read in the past that in the USA some Apex models sold in Wal-Mart or Sam's Club stores did not play CD-R or CD-RW at all. I can't confirm this, but it was claimed over a a year ago to be true. If you have a standard Apex and make a standard VCD, then yes, it should work.

that is not true i got my apex player at wal-mart on sale for 55 bucks last year and it plays everything even svcds
